Use this checklist to publish the showcase safely while keeping proprietary assets private.

## 1) Visibility Strategy

1. Keep core repos private.
2. Publish only this showcase repository.
3. Keep large proprietary memory assets private unless intentionally shared.

## 2) Content To Verify Before Publish

6. `LICENSE.md`

## 3) Hugging Face Settings

1. Open repository `Settings`.
2. Set visibility to `Public` for showcase repo only.
3. Verify private repos remain private.

## 4) Launch Announcements

1. Publish LinkedIn post from `OUTREACH_TEMPLATES.md`.
2. Share one stable link to the showcase card.
3. Route commercial inquiries to `info@rthitalia.com`.

## 5) Buyer Funnel

1. Public link -> architecture and benchmark proof.
2. Qualified lead -> NDA + evaluation scope.
3. Pilot -> paid engagement.
4. Full production license -> commercial agreement.
