I cannot edit the dataset card for my dataset:

When I click Edit Dataset Card, (i.e., when I go here Hugging Face – The AI community building the future.) I get a message:

This file is not editable and can only be renamed

Any ideas? My dataset has 759 configurations. That isn’t the problem, is it? :slight_smile:

I’ve never seen this kind of symptom before, I guess it’s because a special editor is launched to edit the README.md (Dataset Card), but it doesn’t support files that are too big.
I think you can change it by downloading the README.md below, editing it, and uploading it.

Well, I’ll have to git clone without downloading life objects.

Yes, you can download it with hf_hub_download, but if you manage it with git, it’s faster to clone it.
