NER model for PERSON NAME detection for Lastname, Firstname

I am using flair 0.15.1 for NER , to get the person name from the document. Most of the Names are in the form of lastname, firstname or even in the form of Helsinki-Gabriel, Martin.
And Flair is not able to predict them well.

Are there any better models out there , somebody has trained or manipulated ?

There are several models that seem to be good at classifying names, but idk whether they are better than Flair in this case…
