Semantic matching in graph space without matrix computation and hallucinations and no GPU

Hello AI community,For the past few months, I’ve been rethinking how AI should process language and logic. Instead of relying on heavy matrix multiplications (Attention mechanisms) to statistically guess the next word inside an unexplainable black box, I asked a different question: What if concepts existed in a physical, multi-dimensional graph space where logic is visually traceable?I am excited to share our experimental architecture. To be absolutely clear: this is not a GraphRAG system built on top of an existing LLM. This is a standalone Native Graph Cognitive Engine. The Core Philosophy:Zero-Black-Box (Total Explainability): Modern LLMs are black boxes; you never truly know why they chose a specific token. Our engine is a “glass brain.” Every logical leap and every generated sentence is a deterministic, visible “synaptic route” traced across Neo4j nodes. You can literally watch the AI “think” step-by-step.O(1) Synaptic Routing & Millisecond Inference: We eliminated the Transformer decoder entirely. Generating a thought is simply traversing a graph path. This allows the system to construct complex synaptic routes in mere milliseconds, bypassing GPU-heavy mathematical bottlenecks.Inverted Training Scaling: Unlike classic LLMs that become exponentially slower and more computationally expensive to train as data increases, our engine actually gets faster. As the graph populates with core concepts, new knowledge simply snaps into the existing physical structures instantly without retraining weights.True Multimodality: In our physical space, a concept is just a node. You can attach a text string in any language, an image, or a sound frequency to the exact same node. The engine processes the pure meaning, not just the format.Current Status & A Surprising Causality Test:The core cognitive engine is complete, and we are currently building advanced mechanisms on top of it (such as dynamic intent extraction and physical function calling). To test its raw causality, I fed François Chollet’s ARC-AGI spatial reasoning benchmark into our graph purely as text nodes (e.g., “1x3 turquoise vertical line at r0c0”). Keep in mind, this engine has ZERO visual training. Yet, simply by navigating its physical concept space via synaptic routes, it successfully identified structural patterns and approached the logical solutions for tasks like 0d3d703e natively!I believe moving away from next-token prediction toward physical concept navigation opens up a totally new path for transparent, high-speed AGI. I’d love to hear your thoughts, answer questions, or connect with anyone researching similar non-Transformer cognitive architectures.
