Take lower res video and make it higher resolution with fine details (best suited for low res source videos, not a traditional upscaler)

I've been using the other one for a while and it's been pretty great. I plan to run some comparisons but I'd love any insight.

good question. I haven't tried that lora much, forgot all about it ;-)
Will try it out. See what works best. I guess this one is also a bit of a "restore upscale"
