Public Showcase Publish Checklist

Use this checklist to publish the showcase safely while keeping proprietary assets private.

1) Visibility Strategy

1. Keep core repos private.
2. Publish only this showcase repository.
3. Keep large proprietary memory assets private unless intentionally shared.

2) Content To Verify Before Publish

1. README.md
2. SHOWCASE_PUBLIC.md
3. BENCHMARK_REPORT.md
4. COMMERCIAL_ACCESS.md
5. CITATION.cff
6. LICENSE.md

3) Hugging Face Settings

1. Open repository Settings.
2. Set visibility to Public for showcase repo only.
3. Verify private repos remain private.

4) Launch Announcements

1. Publish LinkedIn post from OUTREACH_TEMPLATES.md.
2. Share one stable link to the showcase card.
3. Route commercial inquiries to info@rthitalia.com.

5) Buyer Funnel

1. Public link -> architecture and benchmark proof.
2. Qualified lead -> NDA + evaluation scope.
3. Pilot -> paid engagement.
4. Full production license -> commercial agreement.
